1. Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags intact

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective
